These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Solotto (the “Service”), operated by [Legal Entity Name] (“Solotto”, “we”, “us”). By connecting a wallet, buying a ticket, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Solotto. You are solely responsible for confirming that participating in a prize draw involving cryptocurrency is legal where you live and where you access the Service. Solotto is not available to residents of jurisdictions where this kind of prize draw is prohibited or restricted [insert excluded jurisdictions/list here]. If you access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and any tickets or prizes obtained may be voided.
Solotto lets users buy numbered tickets, priced in SOL or a designated SPL token, into a shared prize pool. When the pool reaches its target, a winning ticket is drawn using the provably-fair method described in our Docs. Outcomes are governed by chance. Buying a ticket does not guarantee winning a prize, and Solotto makes no representation about your odds beyond the number of valid tickets in a given draw.
A draw runs automatically once the pool reaches its target. The prize equals the full pool for that draw at the moment the target is reached. Prize distribution to the winning wallet is currently a manual process carried out by the Solotto team after a draw completes [insert target payout timeframe once defined, e.g. “within X business days”]. Solotto is not liable for delays caused by network conditions, incorrect wallet information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Solotto may grant free tickets for completing quests or referring other users, subject to the milestones shown in the app. Some quests (for example, social-media actions) are self-reported and are not independently verified at the time you complete them. By marking a quest complete, you confirm you actually performed the action described. Solotto reserves the right to audit quest and referral activity at any time and to revoke tickets, disqualify entries, or withhold prizes obtained through false, automated, or fraudulent quest completions, multiple/duplicate accounts, or other abuse of the reward system.
Violating this section may result in forfeiture of tickets and prizes and suspension of access to the Service.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to prizes you receive. Solotto does not provide tax advice and may be required to collect information or report winnings where applicable law requires it.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solotto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds due to wallet compromise, smart-contract risk, blockchain network failure, or third-party service outages (including our authentication and database providers).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
[Insert governing law and jurisdiction for dispute resolution — this should be set with legal counsel based on where the operating entity is incorporated and where users are permitted to participate.]
